SIGNATURE MEMBER SHOW INFORMATION AND ENTRY FORM
The National Collage Society, Inc. is hosting it's first ever Signature Member show at Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum at Mesa Arts Center in Mesa, AZ.

ELIGIBILITY
•This exhibition is open to Signature Members ONLY!
• Signature Members are permitted to enter ONE collage or assemblage.
• It is strongly recommended that you choose a piece that has been previously selected by a jury or won an award.
• No size limitations.
SELECTION
The NCS board will review submitted work. 40-55 pieces, depending on size and available space will be selected for the exhibition.
AWARDS
Award winners will be chosen by the Awards Judge after the show is opened in December. All collages receiving awards will be posted as such on the NCS website.
ENTRY
Each artist may submit one digital entry. CDs and digital entries are due by August 3, 2012.
Digital entries should be jpegs
at least 5" x 5" at 300 ppi. Digital entries should have a filename that includes the artists last name. Digital entries can be sent on a
CD or e-mailed to
ncscollage@gmail.com.
The Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum will be given all entry information and artists will be contacted directly with shipping information. All members will pay to ship their work to Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum. The museum will pay for return shipping of artwork received via standard UPS Ground only. Artists who use an alternative shipping method will be responsible for making return arrangements and will incur the costs.

MCA's objective is to assure the safe arrival of your artwork and its safe return to you. You can help MCA achieve this goal by observing a few basic principles in packaging your artwork. Please note that if MCA finds it necessary to use a new container or added packing material to protect your piece during reshipment (due to failure of following the UPS packing suggestions), the cost will be passed on to you.
FEES
The entry fee for the 2012 Signature Member Show is $40.00. If you have already paid your yearly membership fees for 2012 then the entry fee is $5.00. This entry fee entitles you to enter one collage or assemblage. Payment can be made in the form of a check payable to NCS, Inc. or through our website (www.nationalcollage.com) using PayPal. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account, only a credit card. Checks and entry forms should be mailed to:
