AWARDS JUDGE:
Gerald Brommer was the Awards Judge for the National Collage Society 20th Annual Postcard Exhibit, 2017. He lives in Los Angeles and was certainly the best choice to judge our collages in Ontario, California, just east of L.A. Brommer is the author of 21 books, his most popular being "Collage Techniques." He produced 14 videos for practicing artists and several DVDs. He also teaches collage workshops nationally.
